In truth we can do almost any flavour you can think of, but we do have our personal favourites. Check out our 'Cakes' section for more info, but let us know if you have any special requests!

A difficult question to answer simply because all of our cakes are bespoke creations. As a general guide though, one-tier celebration cakes start from £50, with two-tier wedding cakes from £200. These prices are simply a guideline, so if you have any special requests just let us know.

We do make every effort to accommodate special dietary requests, however please be aware that the cakery is not an allergen-free environment and some cross-contamination may occur. If you or your guests have any allergies please get in touch with us prior to ordering and let us know so we can advise you how best to proceed. Also please see our 'Cakes' section for further information.

For occasion cakes we generally recommend collection, though delivery can be arranged if desired (charge depends on location). For wedding cakes we will happily deliver throughout Lancashire, Manchester, West Yorkshire and North Cheshire. Further afield is possible, although it requires more intricate assembly on arrival so delivery cost may be higher. All Counter Treats and Quick Cakes are collection only.

Delivery and set up are charged separately and according to required assembly and location of the venue. It is not included in the price of the cake itself, but will be added onto your final quote. Please note that delivery and set up by STC staff only is required to ensure the quality and safety of the cake.

You are very welcome to order the cakes online by filling out our Enquiry Form. We don't have the facility to pay online quite yet, but it's coming soon! All bespoke cakes are by consultation only.

We highly recommend that you get in touch as soon as possible. We get booked up very far in advance, particularly for wedding cakes, so securing your date is the most important bit. Dates can be secured with just a 10% deposit, so don't worry if you are not ready with your final design, we can still get you booked in. Of course, we will always try to fit your cake in, so get in touch if you have short notice and we will see what we can do.

Most of our payments are made through bank transfer and bank details are available on request. In the shop we also accept cash and credit/debit card. Please note that all occasion cakes must be paid in full before delivery/collection and wedding cakes must be paid in full four weeks before the date.
